SUITE’s purpose is to ensure consistent project management across the State of Michigan. SUITE is based in industry best practices, and provides guidance throughout every phase of a project’s life cycle. This includes the following recognised methodologies: Project, Program and Portfolio Management (3PMM), Systems Engineering and Investment Management (IMM).
SUITE’s ultimate goal is to bring together the 3PMMM, SEM, IMM and Process Management into a unified, understood, and agreed upon framework for the delivery successful Information Technology (IT), project outcomes and achieving business objectives.
