Sinha stated that he wants to make sure every citizen has equal opportunity to grow and has reasonable access to basic amenities.

He also encouraged people to work for the improvement of society.

“We need to strengthen our faith and inspire all people to live a happy life. Let us all make a promise today to follow equality and social harmony and build a J&K in which all sections of the society can contribute to shaping the future for this beautiful UT,” the LG stated.

Callers also suggested NCC’s expansion and introduction of philosophy as a subject in postgraduation at Kashmir University. Aharbal was also developed as a offbeat tourist spot with better facilities. A special drive was launched to promote financial literacy and facilitate the delivery of financial services.

Sinha gave instructions on these issues to the officials to take the necessary steps and incorporate these insights into their policies.

He also supported the suggestion of using the PPP model to bridge the digital divide and create an enabling climate for digital inclusion.

He stated that he had decided to launch “digital Jammu & Kashmir” in order to fulfill the prime minister’s resolve to make all villages digitally literate. The administration will be working towards digital literacy and services in the coming days under this campaign.
