Discussion:
Tonight into Friday morning, a developing low pressure center will bring snow to the region. Snowfall can cause delays in Friday morning commutes.
Impacts:
Winter driving conditions are dangerous and motorists should be prepared to adjust their travel plans accordingly. Poor weather conditions could cause transportation delays. If visibility is reduced while driving slow down, be aware of tail lights ahead, and be ready to stop. Snow accumulation can make it difficult for vehicles to navigate roads, sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots. Heavy snow can cause visibility to be reduced. This could have a significant effect on urban rush hour traffic.
