Workplace Safety: Creating a Psychological Safety Environment

Amy Edmondson, a Harvard Business School professor created the term psychological safety to describe an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up and taking risks without fear of embarrassment or judgment. Adam Grant, an organizational psychologist who is also a best-selling author, explains in this video why psychological safety is crucial for helping us identify the biggest and most important problems, even if it’s not clear how to fix them.
