ABO-Group has announced that it has acquired the trading fund of two Dutch companies.
It concerns the Colsen soil department, which is based in Hulst (Zeeland). This division will merge and be acquired by ABO-Milieuconsult in the Netherlands, the soil division.
Geo-Supporting, based at Lisserbroek, is involved in the project. It specializes in in-situ geological investigations. Geosonda, the geotechnical CPT Division of ABO-Group will incorporate the employees and activities. A. F. van der Burg Beheer BV will exchange part of his shares for shares in ABO-Group. This transaction will take effect next week.
Frank De Palmenaer is the CEO. He says, “These niche players are an essential strengthening of our geotechnical soil consulting services here in the Netherlands. ABO will thus be able draw on the extensive customer base that Geo-Supporting has and Colsens over many years.
