Outdoor dining is still the futureThe Manhattan Supreme Court judge’s ruling that it must be fully researched to determine the environmental impact of the program before it can be implemented has prompted the public to take notice.permanent.

Janssen said, “We were losing money, and we couldn’t employ anyone, and the moment we had outside dining we could get back our staff, we were making an income, we were beginning to see actually even some profit, which was a miraculous thing.”
A spokesperson for Acity says that Wednesday’s appeal was filed by theLaw Department against the judge’s decision.
According to the city, it’sIn preparation for a permanent outdoor dining experience, the facility has undergone a rigorous and meticulous process.
