DALLAS(December 15, 2021 – AECOM, the trusted infrastructure consulting company in the world, today announced three key leadership roles for its Environment division across the Americas’ regions. Natalie Nottage will lead the U.S. West & National Remediation Programs Environment; Jen Obertino will lead the U.S. East, Latin America Environment; and Karin Wall is the Canada Environment lead. The leaders together are responsible for delivering all of AECOM’s capabilities and services to clients in the environment industry.

- Natalie NottageAssisting clients across the federal government, power, oil and gas, and power sectors, she will manage the U.S. West environment and National Remediation Programs. She will be responsible for overall business performance. This includes day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, as well as employee engagement. Ms. Nottage has been with AECOM more than 20 years. Her roles have included general management, corporate strategy, technical consulting, and general management. She has managed AECOM’s global facilities operations and maintenance business, led business development with strategic accounts and overseen enterprise risk management. Ms. Nottage received her Bachelor of Engineering, Chemical Engineering, from the University of New South Wales. Her Master of Business Administration was obtained from La Trobe University. She is currently an executive sponsor of the AECOM’s Women’s Leadership Alliance employee resources group.
- Jennifer Obertino, P.E.The environment for the U.S. East & Latin America will be managed by her. This includes supporting clients in next-generation energy markets. These markets include grid modernization, vehicle electrification and energy efficiency, as well as offshore wind power and renewable energy. Over ten years she has been with AECOM, where she was a department manager and business leader. Ms. Obertino supervised engineering, technical, and consulting departments, delivering turnkey environmental services. She has been instrumental in the development of strategy for initiatives like the Sustainable Legacies approach to ESG and engagements with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Prior to joining AECOM she worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation as well as the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Ms. Obertino received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri at Columbia. She is a board member for Citizens for Modern Transit, and an executive board member for the St. Louis Regional Chamber.
- Karin Wall, RPPCanada’s environment leader, Ms. Wall will support clients in the federal, next-generation power and oil and gas mining and transportation sectors. Ms. Wall is a seasoned AECOM professional who has held a variety of management positions, including the most recent as Canada region practice lead for impact assessment and permit. She has proven her ability to provide leadership, guidance, direction, and oversight to ensure growth and resilience while protecting the natural environment. She has managed multi-disciplinary environmental studies and transit environmental assessments. She also created water, wastewater, stormwater master planning and public consultation programs for clients like Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx. She has also worked directly with federal agencies as well as Indigenous communities to obtain project approvals. Ms. Wall received her Certificate in Environmental Assessment at the University of Waterloo. She is also a member of the board of the Canadian Institute of Planners and chairs its National Affairs Committee.
