Keter Environmental Services (Keter), a fullservice recycling and management company that focuses on providing sustainable recycling and waste programs of the highest quality, announced today the acquisition by M-PASS Environmental. M-PASS is an Atlanta-based independent company that provides waste management and recycling solutions. The terms of the transaction are not known.
M-PASS was founded in 2006. It began as a waste and recycling cost-reduction consulting company. Today, M-PASS is a complete waste management and recycling solutions company. M-PASS serves customers from a variety industries including manufacturing, distribution and food and restaurant, multi-family housing, education and other.
