After years of environmental problems that were rapidly increasing, President Joe Biden was elected after a series of devastating wildfires and toxic water pollution. In his first year as President Biden, he made bold steps in areas like reducing global warming pollution and getting the lead out drinking water. Three of the 20 priorities on our initial list are complete. Joining the Paris climate accordrestoring protections for Northeast Canyons National Marine Monument and Seamounts National Marine Monument.
