Officials from the U.S. Army have revealed that more than half of the service’s email accounts already migrated to a new Microsoft Office 365 cloud environment ahead of schedule, FedScoop reported Tuesday.

Morrison acknowledged that the service was unable to complete the move of all Army personnel from Defense Enterprise Email (DEE), and into A365 by March deadline. He explained that the transition from DEE has been condition-based.
Access to A365 allows Army soldiers, civilians, contractors and other personnel to access cloud-native email tools, storage, and collaboration technology.
