MILWAUKEE – The second round of NCAA Tournament saw the Wisconsin Badgers take on Iowa State at Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee, Sunday, March 20, 20. Technically, it was a neutral-site game but Fiserv Forum was full with Badgers fans hoping that the team would secure its ticket to Sweet Sixteen.
It felt like a majority of the Badgers’ fans could help them win Sunday’s game. Fans expected a different outcome.
The Deer District was red with pride at a pep rally held before Wisconsin’s second-round match.
“It is so cool. Christie Ducklow, Badgers supporter, said: “I have goosebumps.” “My goosebumps are goosebumps.”

The pep rally allowed fans to support their team on a plaza with a history of victory.
Dale Destache (Wisconsin alum) said, “We came here as kinda a staycation to spring break.” “Thought that this would be the right environment to be in today with all the sun. It’s been exactly as we expected.
After the game began, excitement and confidence gave place to nerves.

Patrick McCrory, a Badgers fan, said that “The Badgers always keep you on the edge, so it goes back-and-forth.” “The great thing about the NCAA Tournament, is that you never know what could happen,” said McCrory.
Although the game did not end as they wanted, fans still enjoyed the experience of a NCAA Tournament game so close at home.
Destache said, “Take a look around.” “This is what it’s all about. And look at the weather. You’d rather be here than inside.
