A federal court in Washington granted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives a motion for summary judgement on claims of discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation under Title VII of Civil Rights Act by a Black supervisor claiming racial harassment. She claimed that an agent in charge sent her a racially charged email to coworkers and other law enforcement officers calling her a trainwreck and made negative comments about and tattooed a German Eagle SS.
