Environment Canada issues a weather advisory for the region. Some school buses have been cancelled

Many school bus routes throughout the region were cancelled or delayed Friday due to snow.

There are also some cancellations and delays across the board Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford CountiesAlthough some of these are weather-related, others are not.

Environment Canada has issued a weather advisory in many parts of southern Ontario. This includes London-Middlesex (Huron-Perth), Oxford-Brant, and Grey-Bruce.

Expect snowfalls of 5-10 cm starting Friday morning and lasting throughout the day.

Winter driving conditions are dangerous and motorists should be prepared to drive in them.
