Environment Canada issues an extreme cold warning for the region – FortSaskOnline.com

Environment Canada has issued an Extreme Cold Warning for the region. 

Many areas in northern and central Alberta, including Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park, Morinville and the surrounding areas, could experience wind chill values between 40 C and 45 C Thursday evening (Dec.16). 

The extreme wind chill is expected to improve early this weekend.
