Environmental groups launch lobbying blitz to push Biden bill

A coalition of environmental groups along with other Democratic-aligned organizations have launched a lobbying campaign to press President Obama Joe BidenGet the Senateto get on top of his stalled spending plan, and the hundreds of billions in climate funding it contains.

Plans call to digital ads and opinion essays to be published in battleground state. They also include organized phone calls, meetings and events with key Senate officials, as well as organized phone conversations and phone calls.
