MailOnline Exclusive Interview with Lucien Laviscount, British actor, has revealed why the latest rung of his career ladder was a’most incredible time of his life’.

Lucien, aged 29, admitted that it was a pressure situation to be a part of the second season. However, he was very supportive of the beautiful surroundings’ that filming provided.

“It came with these tensions – I’m coming to the second season in a huge show and I was in Paris the first time. This place is, in truth, a museum with its roof lifted off.

He exclaimed, “It truly was one of the most extraordinary times of my lifetime,”

The heartthrob was swept into the series as Emily (Lily Collins’) love interest, and he praised the leading lady’s grace on the set.

Lucien described their first encounter via Zoom as: “She was so beautiful. She had just worked for 14 hours, and she jumped on. She was still as sweet and perky as usual – as I would expect. Emily but with the rawness that’s Lily too, who’s like a boss in herself.

“We have been talking for 45 minutes. From that moment on, I was excited and confident that this would be a great experience. We’re going to work hard, and get the job done. She is open to all.

“On any set you take, it begins with the leader of the team. It’s a beautiful setting, and she leads it with such grace.

“I was like, “Can I get braces on there?” It was like Build A Bear. The voice then came along, and then everything just kinda comes together.

“Looking at it from the beginning before you have put all the pieces together can make it feel overwhelming!”

Lucien has other credits, including Grange Hill, where his fame was first established, and Waterloo Road where he played the role of Jonah Kirby, a school pupil, from September 2010 to April 2011.

Fans are buzzing about the return of the drama series. The show’s old-timer stated that he is excited to see “what Waterloo Road looks like today.”

“I’m so so glad it’s back!” It’s a must-see! Before I was able get on, I was a huge fan. I’m so excited to see all the old characters come to life.

Lucien’s acting skills were put to the ultimate test when he celebrated the 35th Anniversary of the GIF.

He was challenged to convey as many emotions in as little time as possible to launch the Samsung Galaxy GIF Project.

Lucien stated that everyone is in their own world and how they communicate. Lucien described the task as ‘crazy’ and said that he did his best to complete it.

Lucien Laviscount launches the Samsung Galaxy GIF Project at Samsung KX. This project aims to preserve the full range of human expressions through GIFs. The project was launched to celebrate the 35th anniversary and launch of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. This allows users to create their own GIFs in both low and high light settings with the Nightography feature.

Of the experience, he said:'I just did the best I can. It was a blast of an afternoon!'

He shared his thoughts about the experience and said, “I did the best that I could.” It was a great afternoon!
