Executive Summary: West Seattle and Ballard Link Extensions Draft Environment Impact Statement

Sound Transit and Federal Transit Administrative published the West Seattle Link Extension Draft Environmental Impact Statement. This Draft EIS examines the potential impacts and benefits of alternative options on the natural, built, and social environment and suggests mitigation measures. The Draft EIS will be reviewed by the Sound Transit Board. Comments received on the Draft EIS and other information will also be considered before the Board confirms or modifies the preferred alternative to the Project.
