Extinction Rebellion hosts an open discussion in Berkhamsted about the climate crisis

To raise awareness about the climate crisis, environmental protestors will host a free talk. BerkhamstedNext week.

The talk will be held at Quaker House starting at 7.30pm Tuesday, February 15.

The flyer invites residents to attend the event to learn more about the climate crisis.

Sue Hampton, 65, founder of the group and an ex-teacher, was taken into custody nine times.

She stated: “We believe that only nonviolent, direct action in large numbers around the world can trigger the swift, radical changes that are essential for our survival.

“The scientific prognosis for my grandma is dire, and activism is the only loving and rational way to respond.
