The climate crisis is already here, and experts say Michiganders must prepare for an increasingly “risky” future.
Residents of the Great Lakes State should expect to see more torrential downpours and heavy lake effect snowstorms. Flooded homes and streets will be more common, as well as more severe heat waves, crop failures, and oppressive heatwaves. How severe it will get will depend on the events in the world over the next few years.
