Participation from the community Gooseheads executives are strong advocates of philanthropic culture and support many charitable organizations, including: Folds of Honor North Texas (Community Partners of Dallas), Houston Food Bank, Houston Food Bank, The Equal Justice Initiative as well as NICU Helping hands and Hope Supply Company. In 2021, Goosehead founders Robyn and Mark Jones gave $101 million to Montana State University’s College of Nursing, the largest donation to a U.S. nursing school.

Employee recruitment Goosehead has seen a 47% compound annual growth rate in its workforce since 2018, bringing the total number of employees to 1,290. Goosehead employees now own nearly 5% in Goosehead’s outstanding share Capital and have the opportunity of participating in an Employee Stock Buy Plan.

Learning and DevelopmentGoosehead invites employees twice a year to apply for its internal Leadership Development Program. This program allows emerging leaders to be selected based on their performance, demonstrated propensity for serving others and other criteria.
