Students are constantly looking for ways that they can improve their academic productivity and efficiency. Students must be aware of how their environment impacts their academic performance and their work performance.

Our environment includes the conditions and surroundings in which we live, as well as animals or plants. It is reasonable to consider our own wellness as a state that includes mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
