If you are done with your masks or other PPE, don’t throw them away. Instead, look at our list of mask recycling program to find out if there is a way to recycle your single-use PPE. If you don’t have the scissors, trim the straps from your mask before you toss them in the garbage. This way, if they do end up in nature, they are less likely to cause harm.
