New Mexico is leading the charge in advancing the hydrogen economy. Environment Secretary James KenneyHydrogen Rising is joined by the State to discuss a variety of these initiatives, including the State’s proposal for financing hydrogen development via public/private partnerships, its partnership on hydrogen best practices with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos, Sandia national laboratories, and the State’s partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy. Western Inter-State Hydrogen Hub (WISHH)The alliance was formed by the states of New Mexico and Colorado with the intent of bidding on the $8 billion funding opportunity for the US DOE clean hydrogen hub.
