Kuldeep Yadav experienced a very difficult time at Kolkata Knight Riders. He received very little support, but he has found second wind at Delhi Capitals, where he is able to enjoy a pleasant environment and the backing of Rishabh Pant. Kuldeep, who has 10 wickets, is now the holder of the ‘Orange Cap’ after missing the last edition due to a terrible knee injury. “I am enjoying the atmosphere here and have a strong backing from the side. Kuldeep spoke after the match, saying that Rishabh also guides me from behind the stumps.

“Shreyas was playing well and hitting it well, so that wicket was big. I enjoyed Shreyas’ wicket because it was my first wicket and was the most important wicket from the team’s perspective since he was playing well.
“I haven’t tried to much and I am focusing only on my rhythm. This is what I did when I was back with the Indian team. I am enjoying my bowling, and I have been bowling long distances. I was able to pull off the long haul against both Shreyas and Cummins.
