Our local environment is terribly affected by illegal motor vehicle use, illegal building usage, misuse of public right of way, urban firearms, theft damage, vandalism, and other forms of illegal motor vehicle use. These are vital environmental considerations for multi-racial urban areas. Policymakers should not continue to shield violators.
