The enclosures are made from either linear polyethylene or fiberglass for the PCS PRO. They are UV-stabilized and corrosion-, weather-, and weather-resistant. They also have lockable doors that can be locked to protect your equipment from unauthorized access. Each PCS product is unique and designed to be versatile.
For smaller enclosures, you might consider our PCS 1, 2.1, 3.1, or 3 Pump Turtle. For added strength and rigidity, the PCS-1, PCS-2, and PCS-3 come with molded in ribs. There are raised mounting platforms that protect your pumps from chemical discharge, bottom drain ports that allow for safe draining, an integral sump reservoir for collecting and discharging chemicals, and an optional shield to prevent unwanted mixing. Each pump enclosure is available with or without a cover. The PCS-2.1 can hold up to two pumps, while the PCS-3 can hold up to three. These models come with anodized steel mounting clips for mounting on any flat horizontal or vertical surface.
The Pump Turtle is a cost-effective enclosure that holds one chemical metering pumps. The two-piece design features a removable shell that covers your pump and a large view window to monitor it.
Consider using Containment Enclosures if you are looking for something larger. PCS-PLUS 2, PCS-PLUS 4Or PCS-PRO. The enclosures PCS-PLUS 2 or 4 are great for large pumps. These enclosures are designed to reduce the need for secondary containment cabinets. This is a major concern for manufacturers who have limited operational space. The PCSPLUS 2 and 4 both have bottom suctions outlets for pump suction, power cables, and a hinged top cover for servicing internal equipment. Optional digital external air conditioning is available on the PCS-PLUS 4. Both enclosures can be used to store coupons, piping manifolds and hazardous waste collection stations.
