Pennsylvania AG charges Energy Transfer in connection with environmental crimes

February 2, 2012 (Reuters) – A unit of Energy Transfer LP was charged Wednesday by the Pennsylvania Attorney General with nine counts of environmental crimes in connection to its conduct during construction on the Revolution natural gas pipeline in the western portion of the state.
