Pennsylvania Firms Try Hybrid Environments

According to industry observers, and law firm executives, there has not yet been a playbook for how to manage employees in a flexible or hybrid environment.

Blank Rome, a Big Law firm, is investing in office upgrades in an effort to encourage a return to work. Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, however have set up arrangements that promote in-office collaboration at certain agreed-upon times. McNees Wallace & Nurick are among others who have left the creation and implementation of a hybrid work plan to individual practice groups as well as office leaders.
