Under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, Peraton subsidiary Perspecta Engineering will facilitate and run the DHS’ Hybrid computing environmentThe company announced Wednesday a range of hybrid compute operation services.

Peraton’s and Perspectas responsibilities as DCCO contractors will include the implementation of automation, optimizing, and evolving technologies throughout HCE. Efforts will build on the companies’ specialties in information technology security and managed services.
The HCE consists of a network technology enterprises such as a Data Center, colocation sites, private cloud services, and commercial cloud programs. It is overseen and managed by the DHS.
Perspecta FusionPeraton in May 2020. The subsidiary is currently working under a $473.8 million other transaction agreement from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency for application development support services.
