Plans for a new Medina College outbuilding classroom have been revealed, adding to the curriculum.
The new structure is designed to allow students to have a covered, secure area for outdoor-related lessons.
Documents submitted to Isle of Wight Council indicate that the small building would have been built near other school buildings, if approved.
Planning agents, on behalf of the school, Elmstone Architectural, say it would provide students with an outdoor, environment and sustainability-focused curriculum.
The existing hedgerow would also hide the new building from Fairlee Road residents.
You can view the plans (22/00556/FUL), by visiting the councils planning register. You can submit comments until May 4th.
