A federal court ruled that a former employee of the PNC lost her hostile work environment discrimination case because she failed to show that she was subject to persistent harassment at work.
Jenna Turner claims she was forced to make milk in a bathroom. She was also accused of abusing the system by coworkers, but they didn’t seem to notice harassment that was so severe or persistent as to change her employment terms, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania stated.
The court granted PNC Financial Services Group Inc.Summary judgment on Turner’s Title VII claim.
