As president of the Las Vegas Raiders, Dan Ventrelle has stepped down.
Mark Davis, Raiders owner made a brief statement Friday to announce Ventrelle’s resignation.
Ventrelle released a statement Friday night stating that he was fired from the Raiders due to concerns he raised regarding written complaints made by employees alleging Davis created an “hostile work environment.”

“We recently became aware about these allegations and take them very serious,” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said. “We will quickly investigate the matter.
Ventrelle is now the second prominent member of Raiders’ front desk that has been removed from the team. Jeremy Aguero was appointed chief operations and analytics officer in October. ResignAfter just seven months, I was fired on Thursday.
Ventrelle was elected Raiders president in July 2021. Ventrelle was originally a Raiders member in 2003. Prior to his promotion last season, he held the title executive vice president/general counsel.

Ventrelle was with the Raiders from 2016 to 2021. They reached the postseason last season as a wild card team, but lost to Cincinnati Bengals in Round 1.
