Rishabh enjoys DC team environment, helping from behind stumps, lots of backing: Kuldeep

Kuldeep Yadav went through a very difficult time at Kolkata Knight Riders. He received very little support, but he has found second wind at Delhi Capitals, where he has been supported by skipper Rishabh.

Kuldeep is now the holder for the ‘Orange Cap,’ having missed the last edition because of a horrific knee injury.

“I enjoy the environment here and have a great backing from the side. Kuldeep stated that Rishabh also guides me from behind the stumps.

Rishabh, on his part, said that he had tried to give him enough chances to get back in the groove. “Kuldeep has been working hard for one year, but hasn’t been getting enough opportunities. We are trying to support him and he’s doing well. Kuldeep said that his bowling is improving a lot. “Actually, I didn’t think that much earlier. I felt that I could reach it, and it was my wicket at end of the day. It is important that you pause and think about the bowling. This is a good wicket, and the batters do well. He was happy that he took wicket of KKR skipper ShreyasIyer.

“Shreyas was playing well and hitting it well, so that wicket was big. I enjoyed Shreyas’ wicket because it was my first wicket and was the most important wicket from the team’s perspective since he was playing well. “I haven’t tried too hard and I am focusing only on my rhythm. That’s what it was when I returned to the Indians team. I enjoy my bowling and have been bowling for a long time. I pulled the lengths both against Shreyas, as well as Cummins. PTI KHS KHS SSC SSC
