Four new members have joined the Energy, Environment, & ESG practice at Sandpiper, an Asian communications company.
Sandpipers Energy, Environment, & ESG practice provides communications advisory, public relation, and financial communication services to clients. The team works with both regional and international brands in a range sectors, including energy, technology, financial, food & farming, and healthcare.
Reena Mavjee and Jill Tan joined the practice as new members. They will report to Kelly Johnston, Genevieve Chow, and Julia Walker.
Natalia HausjahNine years of experience in sustainability advisory and ESG market research. Based in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and other countries, she has held various marketing and communications roles. Following Asia Pacific leadership positions at The Barton Partnership, Neste and Sintesa Group, she joins Sandpiper to be a Senior Account Manager.
Hausjah has been certified as an auditor for International Sustainability & Carbon and Social Accountability International. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Carbon Management.
Reena MavijeeSandpiper’s Senior Account Manager is also her role. Prior to Sandpiper she was an advisor for Equilibrium World, an ESG and climate data platform. She also has extensive experience in investor relations, financial communication, equity research, and analyst roles both in-house and as a consultant for Credit Agricole and Investec Securities.
Mavjee is a CFA Society certified ESG Investing expert and holds a Certificate of Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
Jill TanShe joined from the Singapore Environment Council (SCIC), where she was part of the communications team. Prior to joining the Singapore Environment Council, she worked in the communications team at the Singapore Chemical Industry Council. She oversaw stakeholder engagement throughout the plastics value chain to support Singapore’s transition towards a circular economy.
Samuel TanHe previously worked for a communications firm that specialized in sustainability communications. Samuel Tan and Jill Tan were appointed Senior Account Executives.
