EBB Office has been providing office products for corporate and educational customers since 1978. Their approach to service is embedded in their core values – strong, long-lasting partnerships with their customers and suppliers and to take forward the fight against climate change

EBB supplies over 700 schools with an unrivalled selection of stationery and office papers.  We are part of the Elliott Baxter Group of companies the UK and Ireland’s leading independent paper and board supplier. Our aim is to combine service excellence with a people-friendly approach, setting the standard for best practice in our industry. Formed in 1922, the company is now into its fourth generation of Elliott ownership and management, and our centenary year sees us able to supply the whole of the UK from our eleven, state-of-the-art, distributions depots using our own fleet of vehicles.

Our policy is stocking paper in large quantities locally. This allows us to offer maximum choice and unrivalled delivery. 95 vehicles are part of our express delivery service, which averages 30,000 miles per year. The company makes close to 1,000 deliveries a day – many of which are delivered same-day and we stock over 30,000 tonnes (50,000+ pallets) of paper.

Market-leading brands

We stock a wide variety of market-leading paper brands, including Discovery, Eclipse, Discovery and Artwork. We stock and supply both Blake Envelopes and Bond Labels and many other office and print room essentials such as a wide range of print room consumables – laminating pouches, laminating film, envelopes, etc.

Our highly qualified EBB Office sales staffs, based in our Thurrock and Newcastle locations, are experts in office and copy paper and able advise on the right stock for your specific needs.

Environment and EBB

We recognize that we have a responsibility to the environment in order to achieve our business goals. The pulp used to make the paper and boards we stock is made from sustainable and well-managed timber. The timber is treated as an agricultural crop with replanting plans that exceed the number of fallen trees.

To further our commitment to the fight against climate change we have teamed up with Carbon Footprint Ltd to develop a simple and economical way to offset the carbon generated in the production of our paper and board products via an avoided deforestation project in the Amazon Rainforest. If you wish to carbon offset the paper that you buy from our company, you can either do it on an order by order basis or sign up for our ongoing scheme in which products you purchase will be offset. This will cost you an invoice on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Additionally, for every tonne CO2 that we offset, Carbon Footprint Ltd will plant one tree in the UK as part of their Tree Buddying scheme. This is often done during a tree planting day in school locations and other biodiversity sites. We are helping to conserve the UK’s environment and biodiversity by ensuring that the trees we plant are native, broad-leaf species. All trees are cell-grown whips, which are year old saplings.

We can offer tree planting days for our customers. Please inquire for more details.
