Environment hiring levels in the airport industry rose in December 2021

This latest figure was higher that the 12.7% of companies that were hiring for environmental-related jobs a year earlier, but lower than the 44.8% figure in November 2021.

In December 2021, the rate of all job opportunities that were connected to environment grew to 1.8% with new job advertisements linking to this topic.

This was the highest monthly figure in the past year. It is also an increase over the 0.2% of jobs that were advertised in the same month last year.

GlobalData, which provided data for this article, has identified environment as a key disruptor facing companies over the next years. Companies that invest in these areas are better prepared for the future and better equipped to handle unforeseen challenges.
