After dinner at Pennsylvania Bar Association’s annual meeting of its environmental and energy law section, I was asked for my thoughts. The dinner takes place between the two days that make up the annual Environmental Law Forum. The substance of these remarks is what follows.
Every day, we all reflect on the future of our cases and strategize how we can make it better for our clients. Sometimes, the annual Environmental Law Forum is an example of such an occasion, we take a longer perspective. We look at what is likely to occur in our practice area over a year or two and prepare ourselves to respond to any new or changing questions.
