Two people are still missing in Colorado after the wildfires. One person was found.

Two people remain missing following a wind-stoked wildfire that erupted in two Colorado towns. The fire caused thousands to evacuate and destroyed nearly 1,000 homes. One person was found among the three people still missing as of Saturday, Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle stated at a press conference on Sunday.

Officials initially claimed that there were no fatalities in Thursday’s rare urban wildfire, which erupted near Denver’s northern outskirts.
