She hopes to engage people at community events, build ties with members of the community, and involve volunteers to help with CSCLS mission. She also hopes to increase participation of local high school and university students, who she considers very environmentally-oriented.

Ferraro stated that you will see Cait here in Marquette as well as at events with people from Powell Township. These people have been great environmental stewards and have helped to preserve the natural beauty that we all enjoy.
