These stations can collect air-quality data such as PM1,PM2.5, PM10 and temperature, humidity.
The project has received the support of several government agencies, including the Interior, Education, and Public Health ministries, National Office of Buddhism, Royal Thai Police, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and Public Health ministries.
The stations will collect air-quality data every 5 minutes and send it to the centre’s Big Data via LoRaWAN for analysis.
Once enough data about air quality is collected, the centre can analyse and forecast air pollution in each area.
