A blue bay that stretches across the border of Haiti, Dominican Republic and Haiti saw fishermen from both countries share their grievances in a rare face to face meeting. This was thanks to conservationists. Because of the rampant violence in Haiti, the meeting was overseen by Dominican naval officials with rifles.
