BALLSTON SPA In January, the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee of the village will meet twice to discuss the impacts of climate change and information technological advancements on the village’s future economic growth.
The public meetings will be held at 7 pm Jan. 6 and Jan. 20 at the Saratoga County Office Building at 51 West High St.
Dr. Bruce Piasecki (founder and president of AHC Group Inc.), a consulting firm that specializes in energy, growth, and sustainability, will lead discussion on how to address the upcoming trends in climate change and IT at the Jan. 6 meeting.
The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee collaborates with a professional planning consultant to study a variety of topics over the next year to create a final plan that will be considered by village trustees.
