Kenny Construction Company and Obayashi Corporations motions for summary judgment regarding the racially hostile workplace and discrimination claims of a Black migrant worker from Guinea, who was hired through a Laborers International Union of North America locale and told not to return after his first shift on a tunnel construction project.
