  1. Suffolk County Government: Environmental Quality Board Of Review Hearing On February 17. The hearings will take place via ZOOM. Only Department representatives, applicants, representative of the applicant, and formal invited parties will have the right to speak at the hearing.   2. Yusef, a West Babylonian man, was shot and killed by a man who “appeared” to be traveling with him. He was riding on a westbound LIRR Train that was parked at Ronkonkoma station around 1:45 AM.., Suffolk police stated. In connection with the shooting, no one has been arrestedAccording to MTA officials. (WABC-TV)
  3. According to Suffolk police, Rolando Padillacanales (45), a Ronkonkoma man, was killed Tuesday after being pinned between two boxes trucks while he tried to help one of the vehicles into a Central Islip lot. Padillacanales, a motorist who was backing up a Hino boxtruck in a South Research Place lot, was struck by the vehicle.According to police, he was pinned against a 2006 Freightliner box truck. Padillacanales was taken to South Shore University Hospital, Bay Shore, where he succumbed to his injuries.According to police, (smithtownmatters.com)
