A Nyai women’s group from Maracha district can smile about the making and using a cookstove. This allows them to be more productive at home and frees up time for other household activities. Maculate Makossa is one of the beneficiaries of the cooking stove. She said that the product helps preserve our environment since fewer trees need to be cut for firewood.
