Edelman and other PR/ad agencies are contacted by more than 450 scientists to reduce fossil fuel ties

Edelman is following a PR strategy that it has developed. It completed a two-month study on its climate principles earlier this month and examined more than 330 of its 2000 clients, including a deep dive into 20 whose emissions are especially large. Clean Creatives lists ExxonMobil and Royal Dutch Shell among this group. Edelman has not yet severed any client ties.
