The department’s Environmental Support Division is responsible to support the department’s proactive outreach efforts. The division creates professional materials to support department’s communication strategy. The division coordinates live events, produces videos and creates publications. The division collaborates with program staff to ensure professional conduct of public meetings and public hearings. The division also manages the call center, coordinates emergency response efforts and oversees department facilities. It also offers training opportunities for staff.
