GAINESVILLE (WCJB), Gainesvilles Swamp Head Brewery will host its seventh annual Tree Fest, which will bring together environmental conservationists and craft beer enthusiasts.

Residents can enjoy craft beer while raising money to help the environment. Solar Impact presents Tree Fest, which helps the Alachua Conservation Trust to raise money to plant thousands upon trees.

Tree Fest has received overwhelming community support in its previous editions.

We have already planted over 500,000 trees by 2022. Thanks to all the sponsors, we know we will have over 500,000 trees by 2022. Heather Obara is the Alachua Conservation Trusts Associate Direct.

Tree Fest will take place from 12 p.m. until 11 p.m. Each beer purchased directly funds the planting four trees in Alachua County.
