Haiti environment is victim to violence and weak government

A blue bay that stretches across the border of Haiti, Dominican Republic and Haiti saw fishermen from both countries share their grievances in a rare face to face meeting. This was thanks to conservationists. Due to the violence in Haiti, this meeting was supervised by Dominican naval officers armed with rifles. (May 4)
