Help UWMadison improve our work environment – eCALS

All eligible employees received an email link to a secure e-mail on April 12. Survey to gauge staff perceptions about the campus work environment. This survey allows staff to share their university experiences with university leaders. The survey is confidential. Supervisors and university leaders won’t see any answers that are related to a specific individual.

The survey can be accessed in Chinese, English and Hmong as well as Nepali, Spanish, Tibetan, and Hmong. Employees who don’t use computers for work or are not comfortable with completing the survey electronically can also complete paper surveys. Help sessions will be available to help employees find the right time and place to complete the paper surveys. Cultural Linguistic Services will facilitate multilingual help sessions. They are available during both daytime and night work hours. Supervisors are expected allow employees to complete this survey during work, even if they are not paid. The survey should take around 15 minutes. All responses must be submitted by May 3, at 11:59pm.

Faculty were invited by WISELI Study of Faculty Worklife to complete the March survey.

You can find more information about the survey for staff at go.wisc.edu/staffsurvey2022.
